Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and non-attendance of sessions will require full-fee payment. This may be waived at Woven Holistic Counselling’s discretion in extenuating circumstances. The cancellation policy runs from Monday to Friday and does not take into account weekends or public holidays.
Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of online booking via Stripe unless otherwise arranged. If your next appointment is booked in session with Christine, you will receive your invoice via email the day before your appointment. This can be paid by bank transfer, credit card or EFTPOS via Stripe. We kindly ask that payment for this invoice is received by the morning of the day of your appointment to ensure your appointment proceeds as scheduled. Appointments will be rescheduled if payment is not received by this time.
NDIS clients invoices will be emailed after their sessions to the client or their plan-manager as arranged. Failure to make payment by the due date will suspend any booked appointments and cease your ability to make new appointments until the payment has been made.
